  • Those 2 pictures towards the bottom have really broken up the article, there are too many mini sections in the CULTURE section which are completely unnessary. I think removing all these subheadings and shifting the pictures around will really help.

  • The origins of the Ivatans remained "unsettled by" scholars. - unsettled amongst would be better. im not sure "unsettled" is the best word to use either.

  • Their now famous stone houses - famous need source. Add sentance should also be added to the housing sub section.

  • The Ivatans were under Spain for 115 years, and was freed in September 18, 1898. - under spain, that needs better wording, freed on ....., freed well kinda pov, say something like independance.

  • In 1990, population of the Ivatans was 15,026, an increase of 24% over the 1980 population of 12,091. These were distributed to the six municipalities, with 38% residing in Basco, 23% in Itbayat, 12% in Sabtang, 11% in Mahatao and 8% for Uyugan and Ivana.[2] In the 2000 census, 15,834 Ivatans comprised of the 16,421 population in Batanes.[4] - lots of wiki linking possible here
