Ivar Arne Skulstad (born 16 May, 1953) is a Norwegian politician representing the Labour Party. Born in Eidskog he has been the mayor of that municipality also since 1999, and he is at the same time a reserve representative of Hedmark in the Storting, taking Sylvia Brustad's seat after her appointment as cabinet minister.
