Ivan Radeljić (born 14 September 1980 in Imotski, Croatia) is a Bosnian Croat football player. He plays for FC Energie Cottbus, and BiH national team.

He received first call up from Bosnia and Herzegovina against Norway, March, 2007, the first match of coach Fuad Muzurović.
He made his debut at that match as a substitute for Safet Nadarević.
