Itikial is the Hi-TECH Village (sub-district) headquarters and a small town in Karimnagar District, Andhra Pradesh, India.
Itikial is located at 18°55'23"N 78°46'32", It has an average elevation of 264 metres (866 feet).
As of 2001 India census, GR India Itikial had a population of 12,400. Males constitute 48% of the population and females 52%. Itikial has an average literacy rate of 63%, higher than the national average of 59.5%: male literacy is 75%, and female literacy is 51%.
Itikial is about 65 km from the district headquarters Karimnagar. This small town has historical significance for several things.It is very famous for Sai Baba Temple,which was built by CH.Krishna Rao who is the famous industrialist,constructed with the oldest parts of the existing brick structure and the elaborate plaster sculptures and ornamentation, were produced by skilled craftsmen from the Nagapattinam and Cuddalore districts of South India.
