copies could not be used to "pass off" other work;
the image is important for the context of the article about AP Films and is used there as illustration of the defunct organisation and its work.
for reference, AP Films became "Century 21" when Associated Television became Associated Communications Corporation; the two companies are effectively one in the same and this rationale applies while the article in question chronicles the history both.
