It's Not a Game is a 2005 mixtape by Layzie Bone. Tracks two and nine had previously appeared on his 2001 release Thug by Nature.

There are two versions of this album. The white cover is more common, the fourth song is "Do Your Thang". The other (rarer) version has a black booklet with a white slip cover, and the fourth track is, "Ain't No Waiting" featuring Mo! Thug artist Thin-C.
