"It's Not About You" is the debut limited release by Scouting for Girls.

The music video consists of Roy Stride sitting at a table with different girls. Scouting for Girls are playing in a room in another part of the video. Also, he is singing in a kitchen. It has one of the girls he's with hitting on the waiter, all the girls end up leaving but he ends up with the waiter.
