Last time I checked, Golan heights are occupied territories that is recognized internationally as part of Syria, yet it appears here as part of Israel's northern district.

How Israel chooses to define its districts are an internal issue, not privy to international recognition. Josh a z (talk) 04:10, 23 April 2008 (UTC)
