ISOFT Group plc is a British IT firm that specialises in the healthcare sector. It is headquartered in Manchester and is listed on the London Stock Exchange, where it is a constituent of the FTSE 250 Index.
Set up in 1994 by accountancy group KPMG.
Merged with its main competitor - Torex - in 1997.
In 2006 it restated its profits for accounting years 2005, 2004 and 2003.
