Ismail Isa Mustafa (Bulgarian: Исмаил Иса) (born on 26 Jun 1989) is a Bulgarian footballer currently playing for Levski Sofia. He was bought from FC Haskovo on 03 January 2008 together with his team-mate Tzvetomir Matev. He plays better with his head than his legs. Although, his better leg is the right one. He also plays for Bulgaria national under-19 football team.

Ismail Isa made his unofficial debut for Levski in a friendly match against FC Dynamo Kyiv on 20 January 2008. He played for 33 minutes. The result of the match was a 1:2 loss for Levski. His mother is Bulgarian and his father is Syrian.
On 20 February 2008 he scored his first goals for Levski against Vidima-Rakovski Sevlievo. He scored two goals in the 75th and 85th minute. The result of the match was a 3:0 win for Levski.
