[edit] Hub at Newquay

I have deleted the statement:

with a hub at Newquay Airport (NQY).

from this article. According to the article Airline hub:

An airline hub is an airport that an airline uses as a transfer point to get passengers to their intended destination. It is part of a hub and spoke model, where travelers moving between airports not served by direct flights change planes en route to their destination.

There is no evidence from the timetables that IoS Skybus operate such a hub and spoke system. All their flights seem to operate directly to and from St. Mary's Airport. So I guess you could argue that St Mary's is their hub, but I doubt many passengers fly between two mainland destinations via there. -- Chris j wood 19:40, 19 January 2007 (UTC)
