Islami Jamiat-e-Talbat (IJT) is the the largest female students' organisation in Pakistan. It is a totally independent organisation. It is neither the sister organisation of the Islami Jamiat-e-Talaba nor student organisation of Jamat-e-Islami Pakistan.
The foundations of this organization were laid in September 1979,hence its commemorating its 39th anniversary in 2008.It has been an active organization for the female students studying at various institutes all over Pakistan.Its main purpose is to spread the message of thy lord ,to make them Godfearing and good citizens of Pakistan also very efficient student ,people loving ,helping ,and supporting.
Its foremost objective is to make the Islamic culture flourish ,pave way for Islam's integrity ang dignity intact.Its training sessions do tell the members to be sympathetic and empathetic counselers for others.
