Representation of the flag of the Council of the Isles of Scilly.

The centre is the logo of the Council. The images include Bishop Rock Lighthouse, Star Castle, and a narcissus flower.

In the full version of the flag, the motto "Semper eadam" (Latin: 'always the same') is printed in the light blue at the top of the flag; "The Council of the Isles of Scilly" is printed on the scroll at the bottom.
