(Mary) Isabella Charlet-Straton (1838–1918) was a British female mountain climber. She made several first ascents in the Alps with Emmeline Lewis-Lloyd and made the first winter ascent of Mont Blanc with Jean Charlet in January 1876. She married Charlet later that year and they lived near Argentière, Haute Savoie, France.
