Isaac C. Delaplaine

Isaac Clason Delaplaine (October 27, 1817 - July 17, 1866) was a U.S. Representative from New York.

Born in New York City, Delaplaine pursued an academic course. He was graduated from Columbia College (now Columbia University), New York City, in 1834. He studied law. He was admitted to the bar about 1840 and commenced practice in New York City.

Delaplaine was elected as a Democrat to the Thirty-seventh Congress (March 4, 1861-March 3, 1863). He died in New York City July 17, 1866. He was interred in Greenwood Cemetery, Brooklyn, New York.
