This image was found here [1]. The copyright to this image most probably belongs to the Soviet central government's successor, Russia, it was taken sometime during the 1950s or 1960s. It is a photogragh of Soviet Admiral Ivan Isakov. The author of the image is unknown.

Image has been previously been published. Image is encyclopedic and otherwise meet general Wikipedia content requirements. Is being used in at least one article (Ivan Isakov).
