[edit] O'Malley photo

I noticed you are disputing the claim that O'Malley's photo is not replaceable since it is the "official photo". Unfortunately, this is not an acceptable argument since a free-use alternative can be created (even if it isn't uploaded to Wikipedia yet, or if it cannot be found on the internet at the moment). Also, avoid using the .gif format for images such as this since it is not appropriate; the .jpg format would be more appropriate for a photograph.
