I am the main author of this derivative work. I used two sources, the image file Image:Iraq Dist.png

• I. HISTORY: Iraq Dist.png was created by User:Orthuberra on 8 Aug 06. Preserve the section entitled "History", I used two sources, the image file Image:Iraq Dist.png created by User:Orthuberra (and submitted to wikipedia under the GNU Free Documentation License) and the image file Image:Iraq map.png (a CIA public domain image from the wikipedia commons posted by Andrew pmk 27 January 2005 and subsequently edited by Admrboltz on 16 February 2006, Ruzgar on 21 January 2006. Description of my contribution: To create this derivative work, I traced (1) the Tigris and Euphrates rivers and (2) Iraq borders from the Iraq_map.png and then I superimposed them onto the Image Dist map. And now I am uploading the file "Iraq_rivers_and_governorates.png" to to wikipedia for publication.
