He was raised by his mother and went in the army.

[edit] Victor "Vic" Vance

Victor "Vic" Vance is the playable protagonist in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories’’. He first appeared in the opening cutscene of Vice City, in which he was was killed by gunmen during an ill-fated drug exchange with Tommy Vercetti, the sole surivior of the attack. Vance's killing staged the rest of the game's events, forcing Vercetti to root out the men responsible and re-acquire the 20 kilograms of cocaine and money he lost. Vic Vance is the first playable protagonist in the GTA series to be officially killed.

In Vice City Stories, more is learned about Vic's past: He is a solider who is trying to provide for his dysfunctional family. While at Fort Baxter in Vice City, Sgt. Jerry Martinez ruins Vic's career in the Army and forces him to turn to organized crime for work. When Vic's brother Lance arrives to stake a claim in Vice City's large drug market, Vic is reluctantly pulled into a web of rogue DEA agents, blackmail, and a brief war with the reigning drug lords in the city, the Mendez Brothers. In doing so, Vic becomes the leader of the Vance Crime Family.

Lance Vance is Victor Vance's younger brother. He was first mentioned by messages via pager to Vic by Aunt Enid. He is also mentioned by Vic in the opening cutscene, saying that Pete is sick with asthma, and that Lance is "sick in another way".

Lance arrives from his home (which is not stated) to share Victor's rise to power. Vic at first refuses Lance's offers, knowing full well Lance's penchant for falling into trouble, but he eventually agrees to work with him. Lance makes contact with drug dealer Brian Forbes, who is really an undercover cop. After finding this out, Lance decides not to kill Forbes, hoping that holding him captive would force him to divulge the locations of numerous drug deals around the city. Victor eventually kills Forbes when he tries to escape, after Forbes tricks the Vance Brothers twice with false information, even leading them to a gay, white supremacist biker bar. After repeated failings, Lance finally gets the break he has been waiting for and successfully steals a huge shipment of drugs. Lance anticipates immediately becoming rich, and buys himself expensive suits.


Lance Vance with new clothing.Lance continually proves to be an unreliable, opportunistic nuisance, endangering the business more often then he helps. Although Lance does care about his brother, his primary focus is getting rich. That being the case, Lance mortgages two expensive apartments for himself and his brother without permission, financially pressuring Vic into dealing cocaine. To make matters worse, Lance starts sampling the merchandise, and is either passed out or too high on cocaine to be of any use. When Louise is kidnapped by the Mendez Brothers, Lance is reluctant to help. But when Armando Mendez's guards fire a rocket at his beloved sports car, Lance goes berserk and tries to kill the Mendez Brothers single-handedly, requiring Vic to rescue him again. Lance is also a member of the Vance Crime Family.

Just when Vic's patience with him is nearing its end, Lance eventually does try to help out; He allies with Phil Cassidy and Umberto Robina to help defend their businesses, then later gets in touch with Ricardo Diaz to discuss protection from the Mendez Brothers.

Gun Pete works at the Vice Point Mall in is gun shop he isn't a nice man. He was kidnapped and tied to the plane's Tail and got killed in the explosion by Blake in the Mission Attack

  • killed in: "kill Reni"

Reni Wassulmaier is a transsexual avant-garde film director from Germany. Throughout most the game she is a 'man' (so to speak) before getting her fourth sex change operation at the end of her arc. She is known for shooting avant-garde art films which include child torture in a Berlin pizza parlor and a rhinoceros making love to a neon sign. Reni moved her entire production company to Vice City, where she produces commercials and "edgy" pop music videos. Vic becomes Reni's coke dealer through to his other client, Spitz (another film director). Vic also acts as Reni's stunt driver. The Mendez Cartel eventually attacks Reni as she drives to the hospital to get another sex change operation, but is saved by Vic and makes it to the hospital. She has a complete sex change and abandons advertising for the exotic adult film industry in Europe, while blake questions Reni's manly parts, such as her large hands. It seems she took a liking to Blake even calling him her "Nubian Adonis." Reni implies that she had sexual experiences with Barry. It is also implied that she had sexual experiences with Giorgio. she is Killed in the Kill Reni Mission by the Police.

Brief Description: Phil wants to kill the Bikers and the PHDs gang members because there ripping him off at the gun store of Starfish Island. So head there but go to the Pay 'n' spray when your there it will show a cutscene that Vic's now had to Starfish and kill them all. but they'er all armed with rocket launchers and shotguns plus some Uzi 9mms you need to make a diversion and then go through the back entrance kill the Biker Leader and the PHDs manager.

  • Objective: you need to protect Umberto from Verone E. Splinter's ex-hench men

Brief Description: In this mission you must guard Umberto from Verone's ex-hench men which they call themselves PHDs, PHDs drives Hotwheels and motorbikes you can tell if there a PHD Because of the Jackets which there Jackets are dark blue and light green but when most of them are dead it shows a sort cutscene of two others come and start shooting everywhere and hits Umberto you can leave the other to alone just follow them to there hideout and then start shooting everyone don't kill there leader you need information from him so ram his motorbike so he falls off but don't run over him when he is on the ground and take him to the airport and then rename the airport Blake's International Airport

Brief Description: some ex-police are going to destroy hotel of vice Point you need to stop them so go give the vcpd a visit they will let you borrow their maverick which is armed with rockets, machine guns and a flamethrower and its bullet proof, explosive proof and fire proof its the new series use it to kill all of the men and let Emma in so she can go back to Phils.

Had out to the beach where the Halo is Leave Vic there and just go to Starfish islands construction site and ask if you can use some of the builders he'll ask for a Cement Truck go steal the one park at the back of Stonewall J's pick up on of the cement concreter and let the other follow you to your own construction Site use the shooting button (circle) to let the cement go down but first get a Bobcat digger and use cirle to dig then put the cement in but its just a game it will quick dry then pick up the cement trowel it will be glowing like the weapons do pick and pick up the cement that it will be also glowing and the steel metal that will be glowing and the drill and bolt, don't forget to drill holes. it will show cutscene after that the building is done.

Umberto Robina has also reappeared in Vice City Stories, with roughly the same role as Vice City. Umberto Robina was featured as the leader of the Cuban Gang in Vice City, which has been renamed "Los Cabrones" in Vice City Stories. As the leader of Los Cabrones, he sends Victor on missions to wipe out Los Cabrones' sworn enemy, the Cholos. Like his appearance in Vice City, Umberto is obsessed about how large the "cojones" (referring to both the courage and the actual testicle size) of his comrades are. It is the only time that Umberto actually does "dirty work". He is Killed By Verone Splinter's ex-hench men In the Kill Umberto mission.

Tommy is just recently being released out of jail after 15 years from Liberty City. Sonny Forelli gets Tommy back into the underworld of crime, and sends him on a drug deal mission gone awry at the beginning of the game. Tommy then has to fix the situation, and decides to build his own criminal empire. After being in the game Grand Theft Auto: Vice City he later appears in Grand theft Auto: Double city and gangs up with the PHDs as there new manager. He is later killed by Gun Pete and Lance Vance in the mission Get Tommy.

It is the only time that Umberto actually does "dirty work". He is Killed By Verone Splinter's ex-hench men In the Kill Umberto mission. The Security guards are divided into two main subsects: Patrol Invest Group (P.I.G.) and DBP Security. Patrol Invest Group, is a security firm that mainly operates as a legitimate security force in Vice City, but they are involved in some illegal protection services. Their "turf," so to speak, are the areas of North Point Mall, Escobar International Airport, Leaf Links Golf Club, and Starfish Island. The P.I.G. appear in missions as hired protection for Congressman Alex Shrub and the band Love Fist. They also attack the Streetwannabes, Vercetti Gang, and the VCPD police officers. DBP Security are a smaller security firm that attempt to move in on some of Tommy Vercetti's protection rackets in Ocean Beach, which prompts him to kill all the guards involved and destroy their office. They also have links to the Vice City Triads, helping them with their illegal money printing operation by providing protection for them. In 1984, in Vice City Stories, the P.I.G. are still seen in the mall or around the airport, but they have not yet established themselves as a gang and haven't turned to crime yet.

The game's storyline revolves around Carl's return to San Andreas after five years in Liberty City because his mother was killed in a drive-by shooting. After learning about Big Smoke and Ryder's betrayal, CJ requests that Cesar bring Kendl to safety by fleeing from Los Santos. Later in the storyline, Cesar pondered proposing to Kendl, but the question of whether Kendl accepted or not remains unanswered. It is assumed they did get engaged.

Kendl is depicted as intelligent and pragmatic, which suggests that although her brothers turned to crime as a last resort to support themselves, Kendl could become successful within the bounds of the law. She possesses entrepreneurial talents, strong willpower, creativity, and a sense of leadership. She has little tolerance for whining or complaining, which causes CJ and others to regard her as a bit bossy.
