Talk:Iono-sama Fanatics

[edit] Official title?
Okay, this is a pretty tangle. The English publisher's website gives the title as Iono-sama Fanatics, but the graphic they display (used in the infobox) is not their own -- it's the MediaWorks edition, with Iono the fanatics on the cover (yes, in English, with that capitalization). My copy of the English edition has Iono-sama Fanatics on the cover, spine, and copyright page -- same artwork as the MediaWorks version, just the title changed -- and that's what's used on e.g. Amazon. On messagebords, I've seen the series called both of those and Iono-sama the Fanatics. Google gives 3900 hits for "Iono the Fanatics" and 6900 for "Iono-sama Fanatics." (And 20 hits for "Iono-sama the Fanatics".)
So which should we be using? I think the official English version, Iono-sama Fanatics. And we need to move the article. —Quasirandom (talk) 15:27, 28 January 2008 (UTC)
- I guess the page should be moved to Iono-sama Fanatics then, and mention in the lead how it was originally translated to Iono the Fanatics by the Japanese.--十八 20:28, 28 January 2008 (UTC)
