[edit] Speedy deletion proposal

In a curious turn of events, User:Thingg has tagged this page for Speedy deletion, in spite of the fact that the clearly presented references verify non-trivial coverage in independent reliable sources, thus meeting the general notability guideline. It is more than a little absurd to delete an article on a verifiably notable topic on grounds of notability, but if User:Thingg finds the facts of the matter cryptic, we can add the line "The blog has been covered by Wired and The New York Times" to save readers the effort of glancing a few centimeters downward.
