Renowned Inuit artist Bill Nasogaluak explains to a group of Monterrey schoolchildren and to Governor Natividad González Parás how he built this Inukshuk on the the Santa Lucia river walk in the capital of the state of Nuevo León in northern Mexico. The Inukshuk was a gift from the Canadian Chamber of Commerce in Monterrey and the Government of Canada and was officially unveiled October 31, 2007.
