[edit] Brazos Valley Worldfest
Mission statement: To promote and celebrate the international diversity and heritage of the Brazos Valley.
Texas A&M University is spearheading the organization of this first-time, community-wide festival. We would like to thank our planning partners below for their support and involvement in international education.
Texas A&M and the planning partners below began working on the US Department of Education International Education Week back in 2005. Over the past 2 years, the events of International Education Week have expanded to create Brazos Valley Worldfest.
The Brazos Valley Worldfest will celebrate international awareness by offering cultural displays, demonstrations, international cuisine, performances, children's crafts, educational competitions and many other activities. This event is free and open to the public.
