'InternationalIDEA' (the user) is an intern at the International Institute for Democracy and Electoral Assistance (that'd be International IDEA the Institution).

He's linking to the ACE Project from relevant pages on wikipedia as ACE is one of the most comprehensive sourfces of information on elections available online. He'll also be adding links from the ACE Project to particularly good pages on wikipedia. He occasionally adds other links that he's come accross.

Hopefully, the experts here at IDEA will take more and more of an interest in wikipedia and start adding/editing more pages themselevs... then InternationalIDEA (the user) might well be used by serveral people. This page probably wont get updated though, so other users wont know if that's the case or not. Oh well...

All that said, he's working at his own initiative and no inference of International IDEA's position on any topic should be taken from his contributions to wikipedia.
