I'm not sure I'd agree with calling this article a stub. It's an obscure one mile long highway servicing a small city in upstate New York. Three paragraphs may be adequate coverage. I've seen much longer and more important highways covered with shorter articles. --Ithacagorges 07:27, 30 Aug 2005 (UTC)

The Kingston Traffic Circle probably deserves an article of its own, as it was reconstructed in 2000 to be the first modern roundabout in NYS. Triskele Jim 19:45, 16 April 2007 (UTC)
