[edit] History notes

  • Morningside-Lenox Park Association v. Volpe (1971): "from the joint through-town sector of Interstate 75 and Interstate 85 near the Atlanta central business district easterly and northerly to the interchange of Interstate 85 and the proposed North Fulton Expressway (F-056), just south of Lenox Road"
  • 1971 route log and finder list: 5.9 miles
  • 1973 map: I-75/85 downtown to I-85 northeast of downtown (parts of SR 410 and SR 400)

These all agree on an alignment that would incorporate the present Freedom Parkway to Ponce de Leon Avenue, and then continue north to I-85 at SR 400. I have yet to find any reliable sources for earlier alignments. --NE2 17:09, 12 October 2007 (UTC)
