[edit] Interplay's fate

This article does not contain enough information about their fate. Either say that they no longer exist or give some current information if they still do, no? Not to be a troll but I'd like to see someone do this who's in "the know" about Interplay. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 70.39.106.252 (talk • contribs)

I would too, but I doubt we'll get it.  :-( — Frecklefoot | Talk 16:33, 18 September 2006 (UTC)
by all appearances they have moved from game publisher to pseudo scam in the same vein as Infinium. Attempting to use press released to gatehr money and blow it on hookers and booze. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 209.89.54.207 (talk) 08:38, 14 December 2006 (UTC).
normally a company would be bought by some other, but i guess their 11 million dollar debt makes them a bit undesirable. for some reason they don't declare bankruptcy, so someone there must think the company is salvagable, or something. Sahuagin 20:40, 23 March 2007 (UTC)
There $11 million was paid off when they sold the rights for Fallout. If you look through their financial records you will see this (although it does require quite a bit of time).--Dog777 22:04, 26 September 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Fair use rationale for Image:Interplay-3.PNG

Image:Interplay-3.PNG is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot 07:58, 5 June 2007 (UTC)
