Talk:International Boundary Waters Treaty

The title of the article should be changed. Either to "Boundary Waters Treaty" or "International Boundary Waters Treaty Act". As it stands it is a mix and is incorrect. Also needs the equivalent implementation act (if any) on the US side. Yak9 (talk) 16:21, 11 March 2008 (UTC)
