The International Business Center is an approved supertall skyscraper ready to start construction in Seoul, South Korea. The skyscraper will be 580 meters tall and have 130 floors.[1] A memorandum of understanding (MOU) was established between the Korea Foreign Company Association (FORCA) & Seoul Metropolitan Government (SMG). A height limit of 410 m for the area was not enforced by the South Korean Air Force, therefore, allowing this supertall to tower an additional 170 m.[1] If the estimated completion dates were proved wrong, and The IBC was completed before the Burj Dubai, then the International Business Center would be the tallest building in the world.[1]
