Interactive Data Visualization, Inc. is an American company, originally formed as a subcontracting entity of the Virtual Test Bed (VTB) research effort, focusing on moving the visualization technology towards workstation-class PCs, so that a growing amount of users, with a limited equipment budget could benefit from cheaper, robust visualization technologies. IDV, Inc. is the creator of the middleware program, SpeedTree and Eye-Sys.
