The InterContinental Providence is a proposed skyscraper to be built in Providence, Rhode Island. The high-rise will primarily contain a 200-room InterContinental Hotel, but will also consist of residential and retail space. The building will contain 17 floors, and is scheduled to begin construction in late 2007.[1]
Carpionato Properties has been selected as the development firm for the project. If built, InterContinental Providence would likely become the 13th-tallest building in the city. However, official height figures have not yet been released.
