InterCall, a subsidiary of West Corporation, is a dedicated conferencing and collaboration service provider. The company uses advanced communications technologies to provide more than 400,000 individual conference leaders in more than 70,000 organizations with audio, video and web conferencing solutions.
Headquartered in Chicago, Illinois, InterCall has five call centers and twenty-six sales offices in the United States. InterCall has also developed a global presence, extending across the continents to Canada, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan, China and India. The two main operation call centers are West Point, Georgia, USA and Gloucester, Gloucestershire, England. The company's products include InterCall Web Meeting, Reservationless Plus Audio Conferencing, Direct EventSM, InterCall Video Conferencing and Mshow.

Founded in 1991 as a subsidiary of ITC Holding Company, InterCall began providing conferencing platforms that allowed three or more people to connect to one call. Over the next decade, the conferencing industry experienced incredible growth, as did InterCall. In the year 2000, InterCall introduced its first web conferencing platform and, two years later, the company recorded one billion minutes of usage for the first time.
In 2003, InterCall was acquired by West Corporation. Over the next three years, InterCall purchased ConferenceCall.com, ECI Conference Call Services and Sprint Conferencing. in 2005, InterCall was named the largest conferencing service provider in North America by Wainhouse Research. One year later, in 2007, InterCall was named Conferencing Provider of the Year by Frost & Sullivan. In 2008 InterCall launched its flagship web conferencing service, InterCall Web Meeting. Now, with a global presence that continues to grow all the time, InterCall provides conferencing solutions to 80 percent of Fortune 500 companies and 50 percent of Fortune 1000 companies.

InterCall is a global provider of audio, video and web conferencing solutions. The company also offers unified communications tools and event services. InterCall has developed partnerships with Microsoft and WebEx,allowing the company to provide a wide selection of conferencing products and options.
Audio Conferencing
InterCall offers automated and reservationless audio conferencing solutions, allowing multiple participants to connect to a single call. The company also offers a number of extra features to enhance audio conference calls, including operator assistance, Q&A, toll-free dial-in for international participants and record and playback functions.
Video Conferencing
InterCall's video conferencing services allow clients to meet face-to-face with employees, coworkers and customers without the need for travel. InterCallVideo Conferencing allows users to conduct live virtual meetings, training sessions, product launches and interviews. The company also offers additional video conferencing services, including assistance with purchasing video conferencing equipment and worldwide room rentals.
Web Conferencing
InterCall offers a variety of flexible web conferencing solutions for collaborative meeting experiences.
For every day conferencing and collaboration InterCall offers InterCall Web Meeting, a truly integrated 1 click meeting start with Outlook integration. For enhanced web connections including rich media and video integration the company offers MShow. These products and services allow users to host collaborative virtual meetings, deliver powerful presentations and demonstrate software.
Unified Communications
InterCall is also a global provider of unified communications, streamlining various communications tools for a comprehensive, simplified experience. By partnering with Microsoft and Cisco, InterCall provides a variety of unified meeting features such as Outlook integration, podcasting and Mobile Assistant.
Event Services
InterCall has a specialized event services team that works to provide clients with a variety of event-related services. These include basic services such as scheduling and execution, as well as additional services such as rehearsals, checklist reviews, speaker introductions, operator monitoring, transcription delivery and follow-up activities. The company offers a variety of event packages geared toward marketing, training, corporate communications and investor relations.
