[edit] Summary
Attribution: Created from a public domain image in the Wikimedia Commons:
Thumbnail of image turned into a 2-frame GIF, black bars added to simulate interlacing, then copied up to 4 frames so that the white markers could be added that show the up/down scanline drifting effect. Finally the GIF was enlarged 200% to show greater scanline detail.
