This image is being linked here; though the picture is subject to copyright I (User:jthillik) feel it is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:

• The image is used as the primary means of visual identification of the article topic;
• The promo has been released for reasons of advertising and awareness of the first and second season Intelligence;
• The use of the image is, in itself fulfilling much of the intent of the promo;
• It does not limit the copyright owner's rights to sell, produce, or advertise the show in any way;
• The image is only a small portion of the commercial product;
• The image is available for free on the CBC's public release website (www.cbc.ca);
• It is used to identify the subject of the article
