[edit] Summary

I took the picture of an actual game box I own. I am the author of the game. Based on a two years contract in 1984 the game was published by Muse Software. After the two years contract expired, I refused to renew the contract (Muse robbed me blind on royalties, it was proven later [although no lawsuit]) because I knew that. Muse shortly thereafter went bankrupt. I own all the rights to the program.

At this point our contract expired and I refused to renew it. I did not create the box art or the box, but I took the picture of a box I own. I don't know the related legal issues.)
