I was unable to find any reference online, nor in a LoC search, to the essay in which this article claims that John Wolfenden proposed the idea of institutional dichotomy. As original research is discouraged on Wikipedia, could anyone provide some sources that discuss this topic? Otherwise this article should probably be deleted. —Miles (Talk) 17:45, Apr 9, 2005 (UTC)
