[edit] POV

This article has serious POV issues. Take just one paragraph for instance:

The efficiency of any institute’s teaching standards are determined by one thing - its approach. IERT values its students more than anything else. We say with full confidence and commitment that the seriousness, dedication, systematic approach and punctuality that you will find in the teaching processes at IERT are unparallel. Student’s success is the focus of everything IERT does. We realize that students and their success is the only reason for our existence. And since this is our driving force, we lay strong emphasis on the few following cardinal principles.

· We are a teaching organization and we must focus on good teaching above everything else.

· Our teachers must be professionally trained and ingrained with the right attitude.

· We must provide an environment of trust, discipline and hard work.

· We must ensure that student’s needs are fulfilled to the best of our capabilities.

· We must set high standards and expect the same from our students too.

· We must inform and educate the students about the need for strong self-discipline and self-motivation to achieve their goals.
