The Instituto Militar de Engenharia (Military Institute of Engeneering - IME) is an engineering college maintained by the Brazilian Army with the support of the Brazilian federal government. IME is one of the best engineering schools in Brazil, rated by MEC (Ministry of Education). The school's admission exams for its undergraduate courses are famous for being considered one of the hardest national vestibular exam (perhaps only behind ITA), composed by exams of Math, Physics, Chemistry, the Portuguese and the English.
