Institute of Revenues, Rating & Valuation

The Institute of Revenues, Rating & Valuation (IRRV) is a professional association in the United Kingdom for staff administering housing and council tax benefits and for those working in (mainly local authority) revenues and commercial valuation.
The institute administers professional examinations and maintains a register of over 5,000 members.[1].
The IRRV operates an annual award scheme which recognises excellence in various relevant fields, including Housing Benefit Fraud Investigation. [2]
