From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The Institute for Science and International Security (ISIS) is led by former United Nations IAEA nuclear inspector David Albright. He has visited North Korea and interviewed highly placed North Korean officials.

According this Organization's 2007 report, North Korea may have three nuclear warheads for the Nodong Ballistic missile which, together, would possibly be capable of destroying three large Japanese cities. This has been reported in several Japanese newspapers.
