[edit] Fair use rationale for Instructables

This is the current organisational logo belonging to Instructables, a website, used to discuss that organisation in the article Instructables. It was obtained from http://www.instructables.com (official website) . Use of the logo in the article complies with Wikipedia non-free content policy, logo guidelines, and fair use under United States copyright law as follows. The logo is used solely for purposes of identification and critical commentary on a subject of public interest. Because it is a logo there is no free equivalent, and the entire logo must be used to convey the meaning and avoid misrepresenting the organisational branding. As a logo it is significant because it helps the reader identify the organisation, assures the reader that they have reached the right article, and illustrates the organisation's intended branding message in a way that words alone could not convey. Care was taken to copy the logo in a size and resolution sufficient to maintain the quality intended by the organisation, without being overly high resolution.
