The Template:Infobox_nrhp/NRHP_nhl was created on 8-November-2006 by User:Ebyabe, in supporting Template:Infobox_nrhp. It contains part of a wikitable cell directive for the NRHP sub-title, to be appended after the wikitable row-token ("|-") and cell-token ("|") have been coded into column 1 of their lines. As merely a subtitle, the template and other subtitle templates allow a wide variety of sub-titles to be defined, without editing the fragile, larger template coding in Template:Infobox_nrhp. (The MediaWiki language is a beta technology, which does not yet have tools for syntax-checking and formatting of the template code to detect fatal coding errors: bypassing column 1 or indenting code sometimes causes a template to go ape.) -Wikid77 19:24, 11 October 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Beware noinclude
11-Oct-2007: In the special case of Template:Infobox_nrhp/NRHP_nhl, and other sub-title templates (which contain part of a wikitable cell directive), it is imperative to use the paired closing-tag for non-included text: "<noinclude> ... </noinclude>" (closing tag). Otherwise, the non-included text might actually become TOTALLY INCLUDED, as though saying, "Hey, include this text that you shouldn't, you are wikipuke language aren't you?" In general, ALWAYS end a template with that ending slash-tag "</noinclude>" (at bottom). -Wikid77 19:24, 11 October 2007 (UTC)
