I have not included in this Template a space for a flag or coat of arms because: first, the provinces cannot have a coat of arms because they cannot have an army (not even a police force); second, the seals that have been used in this pages as coat of arms of the provinces are actually the seals of a municipality of the province, not of the whole province. And I have asked about the flags, the laws about them, I do not have get any answer so nobody is sure about their existence. --Pepemar2 (talk) 22:28, 17 March 2008 (UTC)
