All fields are compulsory, except for the last 3 columns. Note is to be taken care of the coordinates info.

Only a certain specific templates may be used. Otherwise it may impede on other information. You may refer to the example for the usage. Moreover, give precise coordinates. Singapore is a very small country indeed. You may do the following trick - Go to Google Maps and Centralise your school location. Click on the Send Button and you can see the co-ordinates there.
