"Inertiatic ESP" is the somewhat cryptic opening song (excluding the introduction) on the Mars Volta album, De-Loused in the Comatorium. Inertiatic refers to the physical state of inertia. The ESP is a phrase created by the band itself, short for Ectopic Shapeshifting Penance-propulsion.

The music video for the single actually begins with the album's intro "Son et Lumiere" and then leads into the song proper and features footage of the band performing live.
