What about the forth criterion in the new missiological discussion? self-theologizing

Many missiologiest ( for instance David Bosch 1991 in "Transforming mission")discovered that the three are not enough. If the question of theologizing are not in the hand of the younger church, their can´t be indigenous, because they depend on a western theology and therefore on a foreign and not necessarely relevant theology for them. The western church has to give up the right to determine a theology for a different world.
