[edit] Maybe change to a redirect to Indie(music)
I've trying to keep up with the various pages that keep linking to this disambiguation page, and well over 90% of them really intend to link to Indie (music). I'm wondering if it might make sense to rename this page to Indie (disambiguation), put a redirect from Indie to Indie (Music) and a note there pointing at the disambiguation page.
Otherwise we'll keep getting 5-10 new links here that need to be pointed elsewhere. I'd like see if there's any sort of consensus or opposition rather than just being bold - The Bethling 04:37, 7 September 2006 (UTC)
[edit] "Indie as short for Indigenous"
From a colonial European point of view, The term: Indie, is short for an indigenous person: East Indies (asia), West Indies (america).
