[edit] Protection

The page has been protected due to the edits/reverts of EColeman56. Here's the situation:

On one side you have EColeman56 who says that Indianapolis lists its At Large councilors before district councilors.

On the other side you have everyone else who has commented on the situation so far who say that Wikipedia's standards are to list At Large councilors at the bottom of the list (HoosierState can come in and edit the links to other such lists).

So, if there's anything new to report, please do so here.

Heres the link that Jason mentioned. When I created the article I looked around at similar articles so this one would be consistent with the rest. Thanks to whomever protected the page. HoosierStateTalk 21:23, 7 February 2008 (UTC)
  • The articles for every city council that has at-large seats have those listed at the bottom after the districts. Obviously, a member wanting to be at the top of the list for vanity's sake is not a good reason to break that consistency. --L. Pistachio (talk) 22:08, 7 February 2008 (UTC)
