Talk:Indian order of precedence

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

[edit] List or table?

Currently, the order of precedence is presented in the form of a table, with the numbers added in manually. Wouldn't it make more sense to do this as an ordered list, where the numbering is done automatically?

For example, the first two lines would look like this:

  1. President
  2. Vice President

instead of this:

Rank Member
1 President
2 Vice President
3 ...

Any thoughts? Alkari 22:41, 11 August 2006 (UTC)

This order / warrant of precedence is incorrect. Many persons are placed on certain numbers. For example, there may be ten categories of ranks / posts / authorities in a single article. Lawexpert 16:22, 21 July 2007 (UTC)
