The Indianapolis Capitols was a professional American football team based in Indianapolis, Indiana. They were members of the Continental Football League (CFL) during the league's last two years (1968-1969). The team played their home games at Bush Stadium, located at 1501 West 16th Street on the near northwest side of Indianapolis. The Capitols won the 1969 championship game by a score of 44-38 (OT) versus the San Antonio Toros.
